On the afternoon of December 15, 2017, Shi Jinqing, Director of the Cangzhou Science and Technology Bureau, led a delegation to conduct a调研 (research and inspection) visit to Leshou Group. Accompanying them were Zhang Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Xian County Party Committee; Wang Xigang, Deputy County Mayor; and leaders from the county’s Development and Reform Bureau.
The delegation first toured the central control room, production workshops, and feed testing center of Hebei Letong Feed Co., Ltd., gaining an in-depth understanding of Leshou Group’s comprehensive, end-to-end production model and its rigorous quality-control system for finished feed products. Following the tour, city and county officials joined the group’s leadership team for a roundtable discussion in the conference room. During the meeting, Chen Wenlin, Manager of Leshou Group’s Corporate Management Department, briefed the attendees on the company’s overall development progress, as well as its recent efforts and notable achievements in scientific research and technological innovation.
Director Shi emphasized that he hopes Leshou Group will continue to push forward with its commitment to technological innovation, fully leveraging its strengths in science and technology to achieve even greater success.

On July 6, 2017, Yin Wenhong, Director of the Modern Agriculture Park Office at the Cangzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, visited the Leshou Modern Agricultural Park for an inspection tour. Accompanied by his team, Director Yin toured the Group’s Halal workshop at Leshou Duck Industry, the production facility of Lethong Feed Co., Ltd., and the Breeding Duck Division of Leshou Duck Industry. During the visit, Director Yin expressed strong recognition of Leshou Group’s advanced management philosophy and pragmatic corporate culture, praising the company’s integrated全产业链 approach and cutting-edge production processes. He also highly commended the park’s innovative strategy of integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, which has effectively boosted the economic prosperity of local farmers in the surrounding areas.

On the afternoon of January 10, 2018, Wang Zengli, Executive Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Government’s Office for Agricultural Industrialization and Director of the Provincial Agricultural Product Processing Bureau, along with his delegation, visited Leshou Group for an inspection and research. Accompanied by Liu Zhizhong, Secretary of the Cangzhou Municipal Agricultural Work Committee; Guo Heshan, Chief of the Department; and Tong Yongzheng, Secretary of the Xian County Agricultural and Industrial Work Committee, the delegation examined Leshou Group’s industrial development firsthand.
During their visit, the delegation toured several key facilities, including Leshou Duck Industry’s Halal production workshop, the ongoing 5,000-ton cold storage project under construction, the Leshou Duck Prepared Foods Processing Plant, Leshou Duck retail outlets, and the Feed Testing Center. Following the tour, the delegation engaged in a candid discussion with Leshou Group’s leadership in the company’s conference room.

On May 26, 2018, a delegation led by Tang Bingbing, Deputy Secretary of the Lhasa Chengguan District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, along with Gongga Zhuoma, Director of the Chengguan District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, paid a visit to LeShou Group for inspection and guidance.
Accompanied by Wang Xigang, Vice County Governor of Xian County, Gao Xijun, Chief Advisor of LeShou Group, and Zhong Jinghong, President of the Group, the delegation toured key facilities including LeShou Duck Industry’s Halal processing plant, the hatchery, the Letong workshop under the Group’s Feed Division, and the company’s state-of-the-art Testing Center. The group then gathered in Conference Room No. 2 at the Group’s office building for an informal discussion.
During the meeting, Secretary Tang emphasized that the purpose of this visit was to learn and gain firsthand insights into LeShou Group’s current industrial development. He remarked that the company truly lives up to its reputation as a leading agricultural industrial enterprise, effectively empowering local farmers to boost their incomes while enabling them to stay rooted in their hometowns without abandoning their land. Secretary Tang also highlighted that Chengguan District in Lhasa is an ideal hub for the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. He assured that the local government would provide robust support—streamlining administrative processes, ensuring seamless coordination, and offering tailored assistance—to help LeShou successfully implement its projects and achieve tangible results soon.
Additionally, Secretary Tang expressed his hope that LeShou could leverage Tibet’s pristine natural environment—characterized by "clean air, clean water, clean soil, and a tranquil mind"—to serve as a bridge, connecting Tibetan agricultural and pastoral products with markets across mainland China. To further facilitate this initiative, he announced that new investment promotion policies would be unveiled by the end of June 2018, offering LeShou Group preferential treatment in areas such as tax incentives, technological innovation, and talent acquisition.
Meanwhile, County Governor Wang acknowledged LeShou Group’s steadfast commitment to its core corporate values—“be honest in character and diligent in action”—which have deeply resonated with employees over the past two decades. He praised the company’s steady growth trajectory, noting its recent rapid expansion as it embraces an ambitious “go-global” strategy by establishing a presence in Lhasa’s Chengguan District. This move aligns perfectly with the natural progression of business development, fostering greater integration of societal resources. Furthermore, the Group has consistently prioritized talent management, actively attracting and nurturing professionals from diverse backgrounds through its inclusive “open competition” approach.
