Liu Hongrong, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Organization; Zhao Wei, Mayor of Leshou Town; and Li Cang, Deputy Secretary in charge of non-public sector organizations within the County Party Committee, led the delegation.
On July 14, 2020, Liu Hongrong, Member of the County Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Organization; Zhao Wei, Mayor of Leshou Town; and Li Cang, Deputy Secretary-General in charge of non-public sector organizations within the County Party Committee, visited Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group to inspect its party-building work.
Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Chairman Gao Xijun accompanied the inspection. During the visit, Minister Liu Hongrong and his delegation went to the Party member workstation at the Feed Division's Inspection Center to observe firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group's operations.

In the Party member activity room of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, Gao Xijun delivered a detailed report on the company's Party-building efforts, focusing on the theme "Leading with Party Building to Fuel Leshou's Rise." Since the establishment and launch of the branch, Leshou Group has actively organized a variety of vibrant Party activities, including delivering Party lessons, studying the Party Constitution, and promoting work-related initiatives. Additionally, Party subgroups have been set up across all business divisions. To date, more than ten employees have formally submitted their applications to join the Party through the organization’s established procedures. With these subgroups serving as the core, the company is steadily nurturing prospective Party members. Moreover, Leshou has integrated performance evaluations and leadership promotion systems with its Party-building strategies, striving to enhance the sense of patriotism and professional dedication among employees and executives. As a result, the company has achieved significant progress in boosting organizational cohesion and overall combat effectiveness.

Liu Hongrong, member of the county Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Organization, highlighted that Leshou Group has excelled in its Party-building efforts. She emphasized the next step: transforming Leshou Group into a model enterprise for Party building in our county—essentially turning it into an "online hotspot and check-in destination" for Party activities. At the same time, the company should seize this opportunity to inspire its employees by establishing exemplary Party member roles, setting up demonstration zones and routes, and fostering a sense of pride and motivation throughout the workforce. Liu further noted that Party building and corporate development are mutually reinforcing processes. By leveraging strong Party leadership, companies can rejuvenate their teams, boost morale, and cultivate a vibrant workplace culture. Through meaningful initiatives like wall-mounted cultural displays and classroom-style rituals, organizations can effectively channel employees' energy and drive. Ultimately, companies that excel in Party building are poised to achieve outstanding business performance naturally.
Finally, Minister Liu Hongrong expressed his hope to continuously strengthen communication and exchange in Party building work, thoroughly learning from outstanding experiences and effective practices in grassroots Party construction, thereby driving Le Shou Group’s Party-building initiatives to new heights.
