The founding meeting of the Party Branch of Zhongguan Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held.

The meeting was chaired by Comrade Gao Xijun, Chairman of the company. During the session, Comrade Gao Xijun underscored the importance of further strengthening the company's Party organization and standardizing the management of Communist Party members, thereby fully leveraging the Party organization's role as a robust fortress and inspiring Party members to serve as exemplary pioneers. He noted that earlier this year, our company initiated the process of applying to the Leshou Town Party Committee for the establishment of a company-level Party branch. Since submitting the application, company leaders have placed significant emphasis on building the Party branch, actively collaborating with directives from higher-level departments and meticulously overseeing every preparatory task. Meanwhile, internal Party members have enthusiastically responded, eagerly aligning themselves more closely with the Party organization.

During the meeting, Comrade Gao Xijun emphasized the importance of further strengthening the company's Party organization and standardizing党员 management, so as to fully leverage the Party organization's role as a solid fortress and inspire Communist Party members to serve as exemplary pioneers. He noted that, earlier this year, our company began applying to the Leshou Town Party Committee for the establishment of a company-level Party branch. Since submitting the application, company leaders have placed great emphasis on building the Party branch, actively cooperating with the arrangements of higher-level departments and meticulously overseeing all preparatory tasks. Meanwhile, internal Party members have enthusiastically responded, eagerly aligning themselves more closely with the Party organization.

At the meeting, the Le Shou Town Party Committee's "Reply on Approving the Establishment of the Party Branch of Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd." was read aloud. The conference then voted to approve the election procedures, as well as the list of candidates for party branch committee members, scrutineers, and vote counters. As a result, Comrade Qin Wen'an was elected as the Party Branch Secretary, Comrade Zhang Lei was chosen as Deputy Secretary, and Comrade Zhang Xiaodong was appointed as Organization Committee Member.

Comrade Qin Wen'an, as the representative of the first-ever branch secretary, delivered a statement on behalf of the Party branch: "This is a momentous event in our company's development history—and also the issue that our Party members are most deeply concerned about. I am profoundly grateful for the trust placed in me by the Party organization and all our fellow Party members. Moving forward, I will actively fulfill my responsibilities, strengthen Party building, and serve the broader organizational goals. I am confident that under the wise leadership of our higher-level Party committee and with the robust support of our company’s Party members, we will work diligently alongside the Group’s Party members, staying committed to our duties and responsibilities. Together, we will approach our tasks with enthusiasm, practicality, and professionalism, delivering outstanding achievements as a heartfelt tribute to the Party organization and all our comrades!"

Next, Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Group, delivered a speech: "I would like to thank our higher-level Party organization and all our colleagues at the company for joining us in this important moment for Leshou people. The establishment of the Leshou Group Party Branch will enable us to follow the Party's policies more closely and more accurately. I hope that everyone, while diligently performing your duties at work, will also deepen your understanding of the Party’s spirit and its strategic direction, firmly keeping pace with the Party’s steps. Together, let’s strive to become outstanding citizens and dedicated comrades who contribute positively to our nation."

Finally, Comrade Li Cang, representing the higher-level Party committee, congratulated the successful convening of the conference and outlined two key requirements for the next phase of work by the Party branch: First, all members should align with the county party committee’s guiding principles for Party building in non-public enterprises, elevating their ideological awareness to a new political level and actively participating in various activities—working diligently to showcase Leshou Group’s fresh advantages, renewed momentum, and vibrant image as it navigates through reform. Second, the Party branch must continue to strengthen its efforts in Party building, seamlessly integrating Party initiatives with the company’s core business operations, leveraging Party work to drive and enhance overall business growth.
