2. This tender is for the construction of a newly built aeration basin at the company’s Danqiao plant site, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

Construction details: A new aeration tank with a total capacity of 850 cubic meters will be built. Key components include everything specified in the drawings. Please contact the tendering representative for further information.

Construction site surplus soil (to be transported to the location designated by Party A—within the feed factory area in Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County).

4. The company will conduct on-site inspections from October 25 to November 1 at the Danqiao Plant Site. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, please deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on November 1. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents. Please confirm your participation accordingly.

Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting method: Labor and materials included.

2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

3. Scope of Tender: The design drawings shall include all elements.

4. Quotation method, payment method, and settlement method

Quotation method: For this project, the bidder shall prepare a construction plan based on the drawings and submit a detailed quotation list accordingly. A formal invoice must be issued, and the quoted price will include taxes.

Payment Terms: 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed upon completion of acceptance and verification. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released one year after acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.

Settlement method: The contract price is a fixed lump sum covering the complete scope of work as outlined in the drawings, including all included items. This price will not be adjusted due to omissions in the bill of quantities or inaccuracies in quantity calculations. However, any design changes approved by Party A will be adjusted based on the corresponding quotations from the bill of quantities. If no comparable quotation exists, the parties will negotiate a mutually agreeable solution.

5. Construction Schedule Requirements

November 5, 2022 -------- December 20, 2022

6. Award Method:

Winning the bid with a reasonably low price after a comprehensive evaluation of construction plans, past performance, and reputation.

Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the contract, the bidding company must sign the winning bid contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on October 25, 2022, on the Leshou Group website, the official Leshou Duck Industry website, and its WeChat official account. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by November 1, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session for Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
