2. This tender is for the construction of the company’s employee shopping center and its subsequent operational contracting, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The transportation unit selected through the bidding process will sign a formal contract with the company for the project.

Construction and subsequent operational outsourcing of the Leshou Duck Industry's Danqiao Factory Area Employee Shopping Center
A 21㎡ exhibition and sales hall, along with a 3x7m modular office building, will be constructed on the existing vacant land within the company premises. The facility will serve as a retail area where employees can purchase daily necessities.

Collaboration Model
1. The employee shopping center will be designed either by the company itself or by the winning contractor, subject to approval by Party A. Once the design is finalized, construction will be carried out by the winning contractor. Construction costs will be depreciated over a five-year period during the contract term; if the contract ends before five years, the remaining depreciation fees will be paid by the next contractor.
2. If obtaining a food business license or other relevant operating permits is required, the contractor shall handle it independently.
3. Bidders can be either organizations or individuals. The company requires that the selling price of any additional products offered at the employee shopping center must not exceed those in external supermarkets by more than 5%.
4. The employee shopping center requires annual rent of no less than 30,000 yuan. Bidding companies may submit their own price offers; under equal conditions, the highest bidder will be given priority for contract award. Additionally, depreciation expenses can be deducted from the rent upon mutual agreement between both parties.

All bidders are requested to attend the public bid opening at 2:30 p.m. on October 26, 2022, in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group.
