2. This tender is for the construction of the second-line steam pipeline at the company's Guozhuang plant site, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

4. The company will conduct an on-site inspection from October 19 to 26 at the Guozhuang facility. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, please deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 12:00 PM on October 26. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents. Please confirm your participation accordingly.

Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting method: Turnkey contract—labor and materials included.

2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

3. Scope of the Tender:

Install gas supply pipes from the pre-reserved interface in the boiler room, delivering steam to the three rows of hot-tub pools in the scalding and depilatory area, as well as to the fluffing machine and high-pressure spray system. Additionally, supply steam to the four wax pools in the waxing area.

4. Quotation Method, Payment Terms, and Settlement Procedures

Quotation method: The bidder will independently survey the site and submit a priced bill of quantities. No formal invoice is required; the quoted price is tax-exclusive.

Payment Terms: 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed after the project is completed, inspected, and approved. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released one year after acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.

Settlement method: After the completed work volume is inspected and approved, settlement will be made based on the unit prices listed in the quotation.

Our company will publish the tender documents on October 19, 2022, on the Leshou Group website, the official Leshou Duck Industry website, and its official WeChat public account. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by 12:00 PM on October 26, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site opening and evaluation of bids at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
