The words were neatly rounded yet firm and authoritative, inspiring a deep sense of respect within me. As I’ve come to know the company better over time, my understanding of these twelve powerful words has only deepened. As a newcomer, I’m taking it one step at a time: tidying up the office, organizing and arranging work essentials, and even helping colleagues tackle small tasks within my reach. I’m also eager to learn from my teammates by humbly asking questions about their expertise—and when extra work arises, I willingly stay late to contribute to meaningful writing projects. Every day, I arrive early, clock in promptly for check-ins, and diligently keep meeting notes. But perhaps the most inspiring moment comes every Monday, when we gather in the lobby to recite our company’s solemn pledge. The collective voices resonate powerfully—loud, clear, and electrifying—leaving an indelible impression on me. It’s as if I’m being reborn, thoroughly immersed in the vibrant spirit of our company culture from the inside out. At the same time, the daily morning meetings in the Production Department offer another invaluable learning opportunity. Colleagues eagerly share insights, pinpointing issues, brainstorming solutions, and identifying areas for improvement—all while actively working together to implement tangible changes. For me, these moments are not just productive but also deeply educational, helping me understand how to align my thoughts with the company’s values and recognize where I can grow through concrete actions. From day one, I’ve made it a priority to explore every corner of the factory grounds, warmly greeting each colleague I meet along the way. With pen in hand, I meticulously document every detail and emotion, soaking in the rich cultural essence embedded throughout the organization. As I absorb both knowledge and inspiration, I make it a point to thoroughly study the Employee Handbook, committing its contents to memory. And whenever I have the chance, I seize the opportunity to seek guidance from my experienced coworkers. Though each day is packed with busy yet fulfilling activities, by the time I head home, I feel no trace of exhaustion—only an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and pride in knowing I’m steadily contributing to the company’s success.

The brief one-month adaptation period was far from enough to meet the demands of my current role and the company's growth. Moving forward, I will continue to transform and improve myself in the following key areas:

After ten years of relentless dedication and refinement, I’m ready to unleash my full potential—once my sword is drawn, its edge will surely shine brightly.
