If you wish to participate, please deliver or mail your bid documents (sealed and properly stored) to the company by 12:00 PM on October 20. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents. Please confirm your participation accordingly.

Bidding Requirements
1. Contracting method: Turnkey contract—labor and materials included.
2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
3. Scope of the Tender:
3.1 Water supply pipeline (from Reservoir No. 2 to the six pre-cooling pools)
3.2 Circulating Water Pipeline (from the chiller room cooling water plate heat exchanger to the circulating water pipelines for the two pre-cooling pools)
4. Quotation method, payment method, and settlement method
Quotation method: The bidder will independently survey the site and submit a priced bill of quantities. No formal invoice is required, and the quoted price is exclusive of taxes.
Payment Terms: 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed after the project is completed, inspected, and approved. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released one year after acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.
Settlement method: After the completed work volume is inspected and approved, settlement will be made based on the unit prices listed in the quotation.

Our company will publish the tender documents on October 14, 2022, on the official websites and WeChat official accounts of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry. Bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or via mail—to our company by 12:00 PM on October 20, 2022. The company will conduct the offline comprehensive bid opening and evaluation meeting at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 20, 2022, in the second-floor conference room of the Guozhuang Branch Office.
