4. The company will conduct on-site inspections from October 14 to 21 at the Danqiao and Guozhuang facilities. Please arrange your visits during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you wish to participate, please deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 5:30 PM on October 21. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents. Please confirm your participation accordingly.

1. Contracting method: Labor and materials included.
2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
2.1 Speed: The normal switching speed is 1.5–2.0 m/s, allowing a standard 2–3-meter-wide doorway to open fully in 2 seconds and close completely in 3 seconds.
2.2 Thermal Insulation: Thickened door curtains with an aluminum foil insulation layer, achieving a total thickness of 7–8 mm for superior heat and cold protection.
2.3 Sealing Performance: The zipper-style track design ensures fully automatic reset functionality. Sealed on both sides with zippers, it provides thermal insulation between the cold storage area and the door track, effectively preventing frost or ice buildup. Additionally, the soft-edged bottom design conforms closely to the floor, creating a tight and secure seal.
2.4. Protection: Featuring infrared photoelectric sensors and bottom-level protection, the door automatically detects obstacles during closing and reopens instantly to prevent pinching or injury.
3. Scope of Tender: Danqiao Plant Area: Workshop cold storage buffer doors (automatic), loading platform buffer doors (non-automatic). Guozhuang Plant Area: Workshop cold storage buffer doors (automatic).
4. Quotation Method, Payment Method, and Settlement Procedure
Quotation method: The bidder shall provide a quotation for this project according to the requirements of the buffer door tender, issuing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is acceptable). The quoted price includes tax and is delivered ex-factory.
Payment Terms: 30% of the contract value will be paid upon delivery of goods to the site. The remaining 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed after full installation is completed and acceptance is approved. The final 5% will serve as a warranty deposit, released one year post-acceptance provided no quality issues arise during that period.
5. Construction Schedule Requirements

Our company will publish the tender documents on October 13, 2022, on the official websites and WeChat official accounts of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry. Bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials, either in person or by mail to our company by October 21, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site bidding opening and evaluation meeting on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
