Project Name and Tender Description

1. Project Name: Guozhuang Plant Area Quick-Freezing Storage Room Steel Plate Procurement and Installation Project.

2. Scope of Tender and Requirements: The project involves laying steel plates on the floors of nine quick-freezing warehouses, from Warehouse No. 11 to Warehouse No. 19, within the factory area. Specifically, this work requires installing 622 square meters of 8mm-thick steel plates along with 360 meters of skirting boards. Payment will be based on the final installed area. For detailed requirements, please refer to the quotation list for steel plate flooring in the Guozhuang Factory Area Quick-Freezing Warehouses, as well as the corresponding warehouse floor plans. To obtain these documents, please contact the designated point of contact.

Please provide separate quotations for the 4 warehouses listed in quotation schedule 11-14 and for the 5 warehouses numbered 15 through 19.

1. Contracting Method: Labor and Materials Included

2. Quality Standards and Requirements: All components must meet acceptance criteria. The floor of the quick-freeze storage room (including the entrance area) shall be fully covered with 8mm-thick polished steel plates, laid smoothly, securely welded, and completely leak-proof. Around the perimeter of the walls (including the doorway), 100mm-high, 8mm-thick polished steel kick panels will be welded in place, firmly attached to the floor plates to ensure watertightness. Additionally, all exposed edges and corners must be neatly rounded and free of burrs.

3. Scope of the tender: All items included in the materials list;

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

The quotation includes tax and is provided as a detailed price list. No upfront payment is required. After acceptance and issuance of the full invoice, 95% of the final payment will be made. The remaining 5% will be paid once the one-year warranty period has expired.

The comprehensive unit price includes all costs, such as material expenses, labor costs, machinery charges, auxiliary materials, secondary handling, overheads, taxes, and profit.

5. Construction Period: Completion within 10 days after contract award ；

6. Please gather at the factory premises on the 17th and 18th for an on-site visit to review pricing details and prepare your bidding documents. If you wish to participate, kindly deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 12:00 PM on September 19. 7. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder at a reasonable price. Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the construction contract.
