3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

Hot-dip galvanized cable trays will be quoted separately based on site conditions—please specify the exact tray model required on-site, and provide the price per meter, which you’ll then add to the list yourself.

All models feature cross-linked polyethylene copper cores, and the quotation must specify products adhering to national standards. Final settlement will be based on the actual measured length in meters at the time of delivery.

3.2 Construction sites: Nanhetou Single Bridge Factory Area and Guozhuang Branch Factory Area.

3.3 The bid price shall include labor, materials, machinery, auxiliary materials, profit, taxes (standard invoice), and all costs associated with handling the relevant procedures for completing all work items under this project.

3.4 Construction difficulty needs to be assessed on-site; determine the construction plan based on the site conditions and project requirements, and prepare a detailed quotation list.

4. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from August 18 to 21 at the company headquarters. Please take this opportunity to review the site and prepare your bidding documents accordingly. If you intend to participate, please deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on August 21. Since the bidding criteria have now been finalized and standardized, the company will use the initial quotes as a key basis for selecting partners during the second round of negotiations. A comprehensive comparison of quality and price will be conducted again, with the second-round selection limited to no more than three shortlisted candidates.
