1. Project Name: Bidding for an external passenger elevator without a machine room at the office building of Hebei Branch, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd.
2. This tender is for the procurement of an off-site passenger elevator without a machine room for the company's office building, conducted in accordance with the company’s tender and procurement regulations. The supplier selected through the bidding process will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Construction Content and Requirements
Construction details: Procure and install one machine-room-less passenger elevator, followed by installation and commissioning.
Construction requirements:
a. Design the elevator according to the architectural drawings, featuring 5 floors with 5 stops, a standard configuration that meets basic usage requirements—and must include an emergency rescue device for elevators (automatic leveling in case of power failure)—to ensure successful completion of fire safety and special equipment inspections.
b. The elevator car interior, car door frame, and door panels are all made of hairline stainless steel; the hall door panels, priced as hairline stainless steel, are included in the total cost, while the elevator car exterior is covered with stainless steel.
c. Both first-tier brands (such as Finland's KONE, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitec, Schindler, U.S.-based Otis, Japan's Mitsubishi, and Germany's ThyssenKrupp) and second-tier brands (including Shenyang Sanyo, Giant KONE, Conley, Yongda, and Hangzhou Xio) are eligible to bid;
d. For other specific requirements, please refer to the design drawings and contact the designated person for details.
e. Bidding companies must submit one quote according to this requirement, while they may also provide an additional quote for the sightseeing elevator and are encouraged to offer rationalization suggestions.

Bid Document Preparation Requirements
5.1 Preparation of Bidding Documents
Bidders are required to carefully read all sections of the tender documents, submit a complete bid package, and ensure its authenticity. Any non-authentic bid documents will be deemed invalid.
5.2 Composition of the Bid Documents
The bidding document should include the following sections; please refer to the bidding document format for specific content and writing guidelines.
1. Bid Letter; 2. Authorization Letter—Elevator distributor companies must provide authorization from the manufacturer; 3. Product Description of Non-Machine Room External Passenger Elevators for Office Buildings (including specifications, standard features, etc.), along with schematic design and construction organization plan; 4. Supporting documents proving the bidder’s relevant production qualifications and certifications, as well as product inspection reports from accredited institutions (with official company seal); 5. Detailed Bid Price Quotation (covering taxes, shipping costs, equipment installation, commissioning, and other expenses), plus proof of bid bond payment (bank transfer receipt); 6. Warranty and After-Sales Maintenance & Repair Commitment Letter; 7. Company Profile and Achievements (including company overview, key production equipment, current production and management status, quality management practices, production capacity, notable accomplishments, partnerships with suppliers, and case studies of installed customer projects).
5.3 The bid documents should be bound into a volume in A4 size;
5.4 Number of Bidding Documents and Signatures
The bid documents should be submitted in three copies: one original and two duplicates. In case of any discrepancies between the original and the duplicates, the original shall prevail.
