1. Project Name: Tender for Civil Works and Associated Facilities of the New Duck Sheds at Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.

2. This tender is for the civil construction and ancillary works of the company's duck sheds, conducted in accordance with the company's bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

This project is divided into three bid sections for construction:

Section 1:

1. Collection Basin

1. Collection Pond 2. Storage Pond, South-Side Sedimentation Basin, South-Side Black-Membrane Pond, North-Side Sedimentation Basin, North-Side Black-Membrane Pond, Aerobic Pond, Large Black-Membrane Pond

Construction schedule requirements: Start on September 5, complete earthworks by September 15, and finish all work by October 15.

2. Duck Shed and Feed Tower Foundations

Construction schedule requirements: Start work on September 8, and complete the masonry of the duck shed walls, including the shed end operating room wall, the shed tail wall, and the central water curtain wall, by September 30. Final completion is scheduled for October 15.

Section 2:

1. Living Area

Construction schedule requirements: Start on September 5, complete the main structure by October 15, and finish all work by November 15.

2. Generator room, dormitory tool room, hazardous waste room with dry toilet, and sunlight fermentation shed

Construction timeline: Start on September 5, complete the main structure by October 15, and finish all work by November 15.

Section 3:

Architectural brick围墙 and gates, outdoor construction works (Disinfection Pond 1, Disinfection Pond 2, Wastewater Gate, Collection Pond, 200mm-thick concrete road, 100mm-thick concrete road, brick pavement), and outdoor utility network installation.

Construction schedule requirement: Start on October 15, and complete all work by November 15.

Each bidding entity may submit a joint bid for the construction activities of the three lots mentioned above, or choose to submit separate bids and quotations for individual items.

Construction location: Qiantun Village, Hancun Town, Xian County.

4. The company is scheduled to open bids on-site on September 4. If you’re interested in participating, please deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure the proposal is sealed) to the company by 5:00 PM on September 3. Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: All work and materials are included in the contract.

2. Quality Standards: All products are合格 (qualified), meeting the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the construction scope.

4. Quotation breakdown and payment terms

All construction work specified in the tender documents will be subject to payment terms mutually agreed upon by both parties.

5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder at a reasonable price. Within 5 days after winning the bid, the selected bidder must sign the procurement contract.

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on August 27, 2022, on the Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry official websites, as well as on their official WeChat public account. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials, either in person or by mail to the company by September 3, 2022. The delivery address is: Tender Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, No. 7 Lizhong Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province (3rd Floor, Administration Department). Please direct your submission to Manager Tang. The company will conduct the comprehensive bid opening and evaluation either onsite at the company’s conference room or via the Haoshitong video conferencing software online at 8:00 a.m. on September 4, 2022.
