1. Project Name: Tender Documents for the Halal Workshop Renovation at the Danqiao Facility of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.

2. This tender is for the renovation project of the Halal workshop at the Danqiao facility, covering four major components: production line auxiliary materials, shelving carts, quick-freezing unit upgrades, and civil engineering construction. The bidding process will follow the company’s established procurement procedures, and the winning bidder will sign a formal procurement and construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

(1) Channel steel, columns, lifting points, and embedded parts used for production line equipment—refer to the attachment for detailed standards.

(2) 100 duck carcass trolleys, including 25 eight-tier trolleys; Requirements: round and square tubes measuring 38 x 1.5 mm. Each trolley must have 4 swivel casters, a 0.5-inch-thick flat plate, and 5-mm-diameter round rods—all made from 201-grade stainless steel. For the eight-tier trolleys specifically: also equipped with 4 swivel casters and constructed entirely from 38 x 1.5 mm square tubes, all crafted from 201-grade stainless steel.

We require 25 sets of 8-tier carts to be completed and delivered to the factory by the 30th. Meanwhile, 100 sets of duck carcass carts can arrive at the factory in stages, with all deliveries expected to be finished no later than September 15. Additionally, bidding manufacturers are asked to come to the company for measurements.

(3) Workshop renovation civil engineering works, including demolishing walls in the duck feather room and the first-floor blank-making area, as well as new construction and insulation work. Construction must begin on August 15, with the roughing-out area required to be completed by the 15th, 16th, and 17th—those three days only. All other projects must be finished by the 25th.

(4) Quick-freeze cabinet renovation: The original two tube-type quick-freeze cabinets will be dismantled and replaced with fan-assisted cold storage units, covering an area of 55 square meters. Bidders are required to visit the company site to assess the actual conditions—without this on-site inspection, they cannot participate in the bidding process. Completion is expected by September 15.

Each bidding entity may submit a joint bid for the four construction items listed above, or choose to submit individual bids and quotations for just one of the items.

Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: Except for the first item, all other equipment projects will be contracted on a turnkey basis, including labor, materials, transportation, and installation.

2. Quality Standards: All products are合格 (qualified), meeting the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the engineering and equipment lists.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder at a reasonable price. Within 5 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the procurement contract.

Our company will publish the tender documents on August 8, 2022, on the official websites and WeChat official accounts of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry, and will also send them directly to all prospective equipment and construction suppliers. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials, either in person or by mail to the company by August 12, 2022.
