The quotation includes taxes and is provided as a detailed price list. Upon commencement of construction at the factory site, 30% of the project payment will be made. After successful acceptance and one month of甲方’s (the client’s) use without any quality issues, the final settlement will be calculated based on actual measurements. Once the full invoice reflecting the settled amount is issued, 65% of the final payment will be disbursed. The remaining 5% will be paid in full after the completion of the one-year warranty period.

1. Project Name: Bidding Documents for the Construction of a Transfer Belt in the Halal Workshop and Cold Storage Area at the Danqiao Facility of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.

2. This tender is for the construction of a conveyor belt connecting the company’s single-bridge plant’s Halal workshop and cold storage facility, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

Construction details: After the duck carcasses are packaged in the Halal workshop's packaging area, they will be transported via the proposed conveyor system to the second floor of the 5,000-ton cold storage facility. Key construction components include the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt’s power system, the belt support and stabilization framework, the conveyor enclosure with insulation features, as well as the signal transmission and automation systems.

4. The company will conduct on-site inspections from July 19 to July 27 at the Danqiao facility. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, kindly deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on July 27. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents. Please confirm your participation accordingly.

Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: The bidder will design and develop a construction plan based on the client’s overall requirements, prepare a construction proposal according to the design plan, and submit a bid that includes both labor and materials as outlined in this proposed solution.

2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

3. Scope of Tender: Includes the design plans, construction plans, and tender quotations for all items covered under Item 2 of the construction scope.

4. Bidding Principles: Designs should be practical, economical, and aesthetically pleasing; equipment and materials must be selected rationally, offering high value for money and superior safety. The construction plan should be both reasonable and feasible, with a competitive and well-justified price quote.

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on July 19, 2022, on the Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry official websites, as well as via their official WeChat public account, and will also send them directly to all prospective equipment suppliers. Bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by July 27, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session for Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
