1. Project Name: Bidding Project for the Renovation and Reinforcement of the Circular Arch Roof in the Workshop of Hebei Tongda Feed Co., Ltd.
2. This tender is for the renovation and reinforcement of the company’s workshop’s arched roof structure, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of the Tender
Construction details: Install 40x40x1.8 hot-dip galvanized square tubes (positioned directly over the original purlins) onto the arched roof structure. Then, secure 0.55mm-thick Lan Tian Cai steel panels (shaped like an arch) onto the purlins, ensuring all surrounding areas are properly sealed.
4. The company will conduct an on-site inspection from July 15 to 20 at the Tongda Factory Area (located in Beihuan, Leshou Town, Xian County). Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, please deliver or mail your bid documents and bid security (ensure the tender is sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on July 20. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening will be contingent upon receipt of your submitted tender.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, pricing method, payment terms, and project schedule requirements
The quotation is inclusive of taxes and provided as a detailed price list. No advance payment is required; instead, the final settlement will be calculated based on actual measurements after acceptance inspection. Once an invoice covering the full settlement amount is issued, 95% of the settlement price will be paid. The remaining 5% will be disbursed after the one-year warranty period has expired.
Construction schedule: July 25, 2022 – August 15, 2022
5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded based on the lowest reasonable price. Within 3 days after a bidder wins the contract, a contracting agreement (or protocol) must be signed.
6. Bid Bond: The amount is RMB 20,000, to be paid into the account designated by Party A before 6:00 PM on July 20, 2022. Please indicate the bid security deposit.

The bid unit price includes the fabrication and installation of purlins, the fabrication and installation of color steel sheets, as well as all ancillary materials, labor costs, material expenses, machinery charges, site-specific measures, profit, taxes, and other associated fees.
Bid opening time and location
Our company will publish the tender documents on July 15, 2022, via the Leshou Group and Letong Feed official WeChat accounts, and will also send them directly to all prospective construction contractors. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials, in person to our office by July 20, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session for Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
