2. This tender is for the construction of a Halal production line at the company’s Danqiao plant. 3. Scope of the Tender
Construction Scope: The Halal Workshop Renovation Project at the Danqiao Facility of Leshou Duck Industry, including the renovation of the duck carcass production line and its supporting facilities, the upgrade of the quick-freezing storage facility, installation of climate control equipment for carcass drying, and provision of drying rack carts. For detailed information, refer to the design drawings and renovation plan (please contact the tender coordinator).
Each bidding entity may submit a joint bid for the above projects or prepare and submit individual bids for a single item.
4. The company will conduct an on-site inspection from July 14 to July 20 at the Danqiao facility. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you plan to participate, kindly deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on July 20. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening is contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents—please confirm your participation accordingly.

All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by July 20, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session for Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of the Group headquarters.
