1. Project Name: Tender Documents for Ancillary Equipment of the Second Production Line at the Guozhuang Branch of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.
2. This tender is for the procurement of auxiliary equipment to support the company's second split-meat duck production line, conducted in accordance with the company's bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal purchase contract with the company.
Construction Scope: Installation of new auxiliary equipment for the second split meat duck production line, including stainless steel products, production support equipment, and various tools and utensils used in manufacturing. The equipment list is divided into three categories:
- Stainless steel products: Over 60 items such as non-slip stainless steel racks, stainless steel pallets, leg boxes, and long trays.
- Equipment: More than 20 items, including Roots blowers, grading scales, pre-cooling machines, half-duck saws, cartilage removal machines, and fully automatic sealing machines.
- Tools and Utensils: Over 40 items like shelving units, lift platforms for quick-freeze storage, pressure carts, coding machines, electric transfer carts, and electric forklifts. Each bidding entity may submit a joint bid for stainless steel products, production auxiliary equipment, and various production tools, or choose to submit individual bids with separate quotations for any one of these items.
4. The company requires that bid documents (sealed and properly stored) be delivered to or mailed to the company by 6:00 PM on July 21. The receiving address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Participation in the bid opening will depend on receipt of the submitted documents; further details on how to participate will be provided shortly.

Our company will publish the tender documents on July 8, 2022, on the Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry official websites, as well as via their official WeChat public account, and will also send them directly to all prospective equipment suppliers. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by July 21, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an offline comprehensive bid opening and evaluation meeting to be held on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in our company conference room.
