Project Name and Tender Description

1. Project Name: Bidding for the WMS Warehouse Scanning-Based In/Outbound and Live Duck & Hanging Duck Counting Project at Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. For detailed technical requirements and specifications, please contact the bidding contact person to obtain them.

2. This tender is for the procurement of one set each of a WMS warehouse scanning-based inbound/outbound system and a live duck/hanging duck counting management system (including both software and hardware). The bidding process will follow the company’s established tendering procedures, and the winning bidder will subsequently sign a formal contract with the company.

All bid prices must be inclusive of taxes and shall include shipping costs to the inspection location, packaging fees, installation and commissioning charges, as well as all expenses required for goods acceptance. Payment terms will be determined through mutual negotiation between the parties.

3. Scope of the Tender:

1) The software and hardware list below outlines the primary software and hardware requirements for the system our company is tendering for; other needs can be specified in the tender document.

2) Database Product and After-Sales Support Service Requirements

(1) The database can be chosen between SQL_SERVER and MySQL;

(2) The software provided comes with a warranty period of at least two years, free of charge. During the warranty period, system support services must be available 24/7 to help the bidding party promptly resolve any issues that arise.

(3) Requires providing technical guidance on general issues and offering detailed, visually rich, and easy-to-follow operation manuals for the project. Additionally, after implementation and go-live, the operation instructions must be promptly updated in terms of both version and content.

(4) Regular customer management reports (issue knowledge base) to prevent recurrence of problems.

3) On-site Service

The system integrator provides on-site support services for at least 2 to 4 days each year, with the specific service schedule determined separately by the integrator and the customer.

4) Remote Access Support Services

Integrators can provide customers with enhanced problem-solving capabilities and technical guidance through remote access, helping their clients achieve higher software utilization and more reliable systems.

Bidding Requirements

Qualified bidders must meet the following criteria:

1. The People's Republic of China Business License for Legal Entities, granting independent legal status, covering the relevant business scope, and demonstrating strong commercial credibility and technical expertise.

2. Bidders must ensure that the software comes from legitimate sources and are required to submit a letter of commitment at the time of bidding.

3. The bidding company must have at least two or more qualified supporting development engineers, supported by certified copies of their credentials (certified engineers in the relevant field).

4. Bidders must have undertaken multiple software implementation and maintenance service projects in the past three years; they are required to provide relevant case studies along with photocopies of corresponding contracts, implementation reports, and other supporting documents.

5. No history of fraudulently obtaining bids, serious contract breaches, or significant issues related to project safety and quality in the past three years.

Our company will publish the tender documents on July 1, 2022, on the Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry official websites, as well as via their official WeChat public account, and will also send them directly to all prospective equipment suppliers. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with relevant company credentials, either in person or by mail to the company by July 22, 2022, following the requirements outlined in the tender documents.
