The meeting began with the process of converting probationary party members to full members. Following procedure, five applicants each read their applications for formal membership and reported on their performance during the probationary period. Qin Wen'an then provided an overview of the educational assessments conducted on these probationary members throughout their probationary tenure and recommended their transition to full party membership. The assembly subsequently held a secret ballot vote, unanimously approving the conversion of Li Bianyun, Li Hehe, Li Shijie, Li Zonggang, and Gao Wei into official members of the Communist Party of China.

Qin Wen'an, Secretary of the Party Branch at Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group

Qin Wen'an extended his heartfelt congratulations to the five comrades who have officially become full members, recognizing their remarkable progress and achievements over the past year—both in terms of political thought and at their respective work stations. He then outlined three key expectations for all party members: 1. Strengthen your study of political theory and align yourselves closely with the Party and the country. 2. Never lose sight of your identity as a party member—ensure that you not only embrace the Party ideologically but also act accordingly. Only by integrating knowledge with practice can you genuinely serve the people wholeheartedly. 3. Cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, leading by example by enduring hardships before seeking personal comfort, thus setting an inspiring model for others to follow.

Study the Party Constitution

Following this, Zhang Xiaodong, the organizational committee member of the Party branch, read aloud Chapter 1 of the Party Constitution—specifically on "Party Members." All members of the branch then engaged in a collective study session of the Constitution. As the fundamental charter of the Communist Party of China, the Constitution inherently defines the Party’s nature, guiding ideology, programmatic goals, organizational structure, internal systems, as well as the qualifications, rights, duties, and disciplinary rules for its members.

Finally, Group Chairman Gao Xijun outlined several key expectations for the party members in attendance: First, further deepen your understanding of the Party organization—always follow the Party’s leadership, and cultivate a deep love, loyalty, and respect for the Party. Second, consistently engage in political study to enhance your theoretical knowledge, while diligently acquiring professional expertise to elevate your work performance. Strive for high personal standards in both thought and action, ensuring you remain a truly qualified Communist Party member. Lastly, all party members and active candidates should proactively strengthen their Party spirit, reinforce their sense of responsibility, and actively demonstrate exemplary leadership within the organization.

Through this meeting, the LeShou Agricultural and Pastoral Collective Party Branch has gained new strength. Comrades unanimously expressed their commitment to holding themselves to even higher standards, taking the lead as role models in their respective roles, and uniting their efforts to inject vibrant "red energy" into the company's drive for high-quality development.
