The project involved fixed asset investments totaling 150 million yuan, with a total construction area of 31,209 square meters. The main products include portioned meat ducks and duck by-products, serving as raw materials for the company’s premium leisure food brand. The facility is equipped with two separate duck-processing lines, capable of slaughtering up to 150,000 ducks per day—and annually handling 45 million meat ducks.

Bidding Requirements
1. Contracting Method (quoted under two options):
(1) Except for main materials supplied by Party A under the "labor and materials included" arrangement, where "main materials supplied by Party A" include standard bricks, reinforcing steel, concrete, cement, and medium sand.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
Once the project is completed and approved by Party A, and after Party B provides the full invoice for the total project cost, Party A will pay 95% of the project amount to Party B. The remaining 5% of the total project cost will be held as a warranty deposit, which will be fully paid one year from the date of Party A’s acceptance, provided there are no quality issues during that period.
5. Construction Deadline: Completion within one month from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.

All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or via mail—to our office by May 12, 2022, as specified in the tender documents.
