1. Project Name: Tender Documents for High-Voltage External Network Connection of the Transformer at the Newly Built Breeding Duck Farm of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.
2. This tender is for the construction project of high-voltage external network connection to the transformer at the company’s newly built duck breeding farm, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
(1) Construction Requirements for High-Voltage External Network Connection of the Newly Built Duck Farm Transformer at Xiaomeizhuang:
1.1 Construction Details: The newly built breeding duck farm in Xiaomeizhuang has already been equipped with a 500 kVA transformer connected to the external high-voltage grid. Now, it requires the installation of a YLV22-3*70 high-voltage cable spanning 420 meters, laid underground (with ducting for crossing roads). The total buried length will be 400 meters, and one 10-meter-high utility pole will also be erected.
1.2 Construction quality must meet current national construction and building code requirements and pass the acceptance inspection by the power authority.
1.3 Construction site: Xiaomeizhuang Village, northwest.
1.4 The bid price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, machinery, auxiliary materials, profit, taxes, and the completion of all work required for this project, as well as fees for handling related procedures.

(2) Construction Requirements for High-Voltage External Network Connection of the Newly Built Duck Farm Transformer at Dawangzhuang:
2.1 Construction Details: The newly constructed duck breeding farm in Dawangzhuang has already been equipped with a 500 kVA transformer connected to the external high-voltage grid. Now, a 150-meter-long YLV22-3*70 high-voltage cable needs to be laid underground (with ducting for crossing roads), covering a distance of 130 meters.
B will replace 1,000 meters of high-voltage insulated wire strung between the existing 7 utility poles. After the replacement, the cable specification will be JKYJ-95. Additionally, the pole-top brackets and U-bolts currently installed on the poles will be replaced with standardized hot-dip galvanized pole-top brackets and U-190 hot-dip galvanized U-bolts that comply with national standards.
2.2 Construction quality must meet current national construction and building code requirements and pass acceptance inspection by the power authority.
2.3 Construction site: South of Dawangzhuang Village.
2.4 The bid price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, machinery, auxiliary materials, profit, taxes, and fees required to complete every aspect of this project, as well as expenses for handling related procedures.

Once the project is completed and successfully approved by Party A and the Power Bureau, Party A will pay 95% of the total project cost to Party B after Party B provides the full invoice for the project amount. The remaining 5% of the total project cost will be held as a warranty deposit, which will be fully paid one year from the date of acceptance by Party A, provided no quality issues arise during that period.
