I. Apparent Quality Standards for Commercial Ducklings

1. Body    Heavy ： Cherry Valley At More than 48 grams ；

2. Uniformity : Uniform body size within the same batch , neat, with weight differences within 3 grams, give or take. ；

3. Outside    View :

1) Mental state is stable. , with a loud, lively call, normal body shape, and effortless walking.

    Non-compliant :  Blind, with crossed beaks, no nose, limping, legs bent or stiff, multiple or missing legs, missing toes—or no toes at all—twisted necks, heads tilted backward, performing splits accompanied by neurological symptoms; down feathers are underdeveloped and lie flat against the body; birds appear lethargic, stand motionless, tremble violently, struggle to maintain balance while standing, and show signs of bruising, injuries, or paralysis.

2) Navel   Department :  The umbilical cord is contracting well.

    Non-compliant :  Redness, swelling, or discoloration to blue-green around the navel , umbilical inflammation causing sticky umbilical discharge, as well as blackened navels larger than rice grains or "nail-like" navels.

3 ) Tarsus   Department: Moderately sized, moves freely, with a smooth and lustrous color.

    Unacceptable: Swelling, congestion, bleeding, ulceration, and more.
