Chairman Gao Xijun stated that, to further accelerate the development of the specialty and advantageous duck industry, Leshou Duck Industry will uphold a high-quality development philosophy, foster a new development paradigm, and drive the full-fledged growth of Leshou’s green roasted duck坯—its pre-processed product—across the entire industrial chain. The company also aims to establish Leshou as a premium, eco-friendly brand for green roasted duck坯. To achieve this ambitious vision, Leshou will rally the dedication and efforts of all its employees, while strengthening internal management practices to continuously enhance workforce productivity, improve capital returns, and expand market share—ultimately ensuring the company not only thrives but also sets new benchmarks for excellence. Accompanied by the company's Chairman, Gao Xijun, Zang Zhengye and his delegation toured the duck carcass production workshop at the subsidiary, Leshou Duck Industry, as well as the Engineering Technology Center of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group and the signature braised delicacies—Leshou Duck Products—offered by Leshou Food. During the visit, they gained a deeper understanding of the company’s overall situation, strategic objectives, and future development plans. Meanwhile, Chairman Gao Xijun provided an update on the company’s efforts in corporate culture building, its strengths in technical talent, and its meticulous management approach.
