Accompanying the delegation were Li Shuping, Director of the Standing Committee of the Cangzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Xie Rongke, Vice Director; Zhang Longhua, Secretary-General; as well as Gong Jianjun, Secretary of the Xian County Party Committee; Wang Yongchang, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Acting County Governor; and Zhang Jixu, Director of the Xian County People’s Congress Standing Committee—along with other municipal and county-level leaders. The research team toured the Leshou Duck Industry facility, examining display boards and listening to a detailed briefing. During the presentation, General Manager Qin Wen'an provided a comprehensive overview of Leshou Duck Industry's meat duck business, highlighting the company's integrated, multi-sector development approach that spans primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. He also emphasized the company’s innovative "Five Unified" operational model—covering unified chick supply, feed distribution, technical guidance, quarantine services, and product buyback—which has proven highly effective in supporting farmers and alleviating poverty. This model ensures that farmers are shielded from market and technological risks, giving aspiring entrepreneurs peace of mind and confidence to pursue their ventures. As a result, the visiting leaders gained a fresh and insightful understanding of Leshou Duck Industry. Deputy Director Wang Huiyong particularly praised the company’s "Five Unified" business model, expressing strong appreciation for its unique advantages.
Vice Director Wang Huiyong toured the production workshop corridor at Leshou Duck Industry, gaining a more direct understanding of the company’s production processes, the precision level of its manufacturing practices, its advanced product quick-freezing technology, and the capabilities of its Engineering Technology Center. He highly praised the company’s meticulous management approach.
At the end of the visit, Deputy Director Wang Huiyong highlighted Leshou Duck Industry’s “Five Unified” farming model, as well as its meticulous production processes and emphasis on product safety—qualities that livestock enterprises would do well to emulate. He also underscored that, moving forward, Leshou Duck Industry should remain committed to a high-quality development philosophy, ensuring the creation of safe, reliable “vegetable basket” products.
