On July 10, 2018, the first group of trainees from the grassroots-level cadre program in Bayingolin Prefecture, Xinjiang, visited Leshou Duck Industry for an inspection and guidance tour. Accompanying the delegation were relevant leaders from the Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee, including Zhang Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Xian County Party Committee; Liu Guoqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xian County Party Committee and Minister of Organization; and Zhang Lei, Director and Board Secretary of Leshou Group, among other officials.
