On the afternoon of April 12, 2021, Jiang Deguo, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promoting Old-Age Care and former Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, visited the Guozhuang branch of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry to inspect and conduct research on how the industry can drive employment, support rural revitalization, and serve as a demonstration site for the integration of the company's primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.

Meanwhile, Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, accompanied the delegation on their tour of the company and provided a detailed report on its operations.

During the symposium, Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, briefed the leaders of the Old-Age Promotion Association on the company's development journey and future prospects, and also presented a special video showcasing the enterprise. He received encouragement and recognition from the leaders.
To further accelerate the development of Xianxian County's distinctive and advantageous duck industry, the company has constructed a new slaughtering facility in Guozhuang Town. The "Duck Slaughtering Line and Supporting Project" spans 88 acres with a total investment of 150 million yuan. It includes a state-of-the-art 27,000-square-meter modernized slaughterhouse equipped with two dedicated duck slaughtering production lines, capable of processing 150,000 ducks daily. This translates to an annual slaughtering capacity of 45 million ducks, while the company’s overall slaughtering capacity now reaches 60 million ducks per year. The project is expected to create over 1,300 new jobs and engage more than 600 additional contract duck farmers, benefiting over 10,000 people across related industries. In April 2021, the first production line officially began trial operations. Once fully completed and operational, this project will significantly enhance the company’s production facilities in terms of scale, standards, and overall quality.
