Essay Requirements: In conjunction with the recently conducted "Cultivating Good Conscience" learning activities, submit an essay summarizing your personal insights and reflections on this journey. Share how these learnings have translated into tangible changes and improvements in various aspects of your life—such as your mindset, work, daily routines, and even family dynamics. Feel free to draw from your own unique experiences at work, home, or in your studies, focusing on a single key takeaway or profound realization. Your essay should demonstrate deep understanding and genuine personal reflection, clearly illustrating how the "Cultivating Good Conscience" initiative has positively impacted both yourself and those around you. Highlight specific examples that showcase your growth, whether in terms of philosophical shifts, emotional transformations, or practical improvements. The essay should be between 300 and 1000 words in length, with no restrictions on format.
4. Essay Submission and Selection Process: Submissions should be sent individually to the email address 1573829090@qq.com. The deadline for submissions is March 31. Outstanding essays will be featured on the group’s website and official WeChat account. A two-stage judging process will be employed: one based on "like" counts (accounting for 30% of the total score) and another by a panel of judges (weighing in at 70%). Winners will be awarded certificates and receive material rewards of varying values, with top performers also gaining priority access to in-person exchange and learning events focused on cultivating moral integrity.
5. Scoring Process:
1) Like Rating: Each essay’s online score is calculated based on the number of votes received by the voting deadline, weighted at 30%. 2) Judge Rating: Judges will conduct an anonymous vote to select their top picks; the voting results will then be tallied and weighted at 70% for the final judge score. 3) The final ranking of winners will be determined by adding together the like rating and the judge rating scores.
