On March 17, 2021, a medical expert team of more than 10 professionals from Xian County People's Hospital visited Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. to provide free medical consultations for all employees of the company.

"Given your symptoms, I recommend visiting the hospital for a thorough checkup..." "In the meantime, pay attention to your diet—avoid spicy and irritating foods..." At the company’s first-floor conference hall, medical staff from the county People’s Hospital were busily conducting routine health screenings for our employees, including blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, and lung function tests. For each employee with unique health needs, the doctors patiently offered personalized advice on daily precautions, thoroughly explaining preventive health tips and wellness practices. They also provided tailored guidance on nutrition, regular exercise, and other lifestyle adjustments—aiming to promote "disease prevention before illness arises" and ensure timely treatment once issues do emerge. This initiative not only safeguards the physical and mental well-being of our frontline employees but also strengthens their ability to contribute effectively to the company’s growth and success.

Although there was a long line of people waiting, the doctor remained incredibly patient with each employee. Experts from the county People’s Hospital came to the company for a free medical consultation, effectively addressing real health concerns among our staff. Many employees have already expressed their strong appreciation for this valuable outreach initiative.

It is reported that the medical team provided free consultations to more than 150 people in just one morning, earning a warm welcome from employees across the board.
