1
Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group – Dan Wei Pu, Slaughter Division

It’s been several months since I joined the Leshou Duck Industry family. During this time, I’ve been deeply inspired by the company’s culture and its relentless drive to thrive. I’m truly captivated by the organization’s core mission: "To ease the government’s concerns and bring prosperity to the people." Becoming a member of the Leshou family is not only an honor but also a source of immense pride for me.
I’m responsible for sales management. As a fresh recruit just joining the company, I’ve already encountered over 40 to 50 different models of duck products—each one requiring careful understanding before I can accurately process orders for our customers. On top of that, I’m constantly entering various data into the company’s computer systems and need to master the company’s office software seamlessly. Coming in as a newcomer, I know I have to start from scratch in learning everything—from mastering product details to becoming proficient with our business tools. To quickly get up to speed and eventually work independently, I’ve adopted a proactive approach: I humbly seek advice from colleagues, stay observant, keep my hands busy, and move around efficiently. Outside of work, I dedicate my free time to immersing myself in the company’s core values and culture, while during office hours, I focus on deepening my expertise in our business operations. By drawing inspiration from our company culture, I’m not only building a strong foundation of knowledge but also honing the skills necessary to excel in my role. Most importantly, the core corporate philosophy—“Be honest in character and diligent in action”—has become the guiding principle of my work. From day one, I’ve embraced this philosophy as my personal “motto,” and it continues to shape every aspect of my professional journey.
With the careful guidance of experienced colleagues combined with her own diligent study and relentless drive to improve, she quickly mastered the necessary skills and soon became fully capable of handling responsibilities independently. When it comes to learning professional knowledge, one must embrace challenges head-on—never backing down in the face of difficulties. It’s like being a fearless warrior charging into battle: unafraid of hardship, boldly moving forward, breaking through obstacles, and ultimately planting the flag of victory on enemy territory. As long as you’re willing to work hard, put in the effort, and think creatively, there’s no challenge too tough to overcome—and no fortress too strong to breach.
Every day, I interact with customers—welcoming them and seeing them off, where every word and gesture reflects the company’s image. To uphold our company’s positive reputation, I always strive to speak kindly, greet customers with a warm smile, and bid them farewell in the same manner. I patiently address each customer’s questions, remaining calm, patient, and never showing any sign of impatience or annoyance. Putting the customer first and delivering exceptional service have always been my guiding principles. There are times when we handle a high volume of orders, and to ensure drivers aren’t kept waiting too long, I sometimes stay at my post for half a day straight—neglecting even breaks for water or meals—until every single driver has been assisted. After all, at the service counter, we must treat everyone with courtesy, earn their trust through sincerity, and connect with them on an emotional level. We should never judge people based on appearances, nor let personal preferences influence how we engage with others.
During these past few months of working here, I’ve deeply realized that our Leshou Group is just like a giant ship. Each and every one of us employees is an operator aboard this vessel. Working together in the same boat, we’re united as one team, striving bravely toward our shared goal. The company’s growth wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated efforts of every single employee. From being virtually unknown to becoming a nationally recognized leader among key agricultural industrialization enterprises today, Leshou Group’s Duck Industry Company owes its remarkable journey entirely to the hard work and unwavering dedication of its leadership and staff—proof of how, step by step and with steady determination, everyone has rolled up their sleeves, worked diligently, thought creatively, and remained true to both character and action.
I wish the Leshou Group continued success as it strides boldly forward on its future journey, thriving with vibrancy and creativity—and achieving even greater triumphs along the way. The future of Leshou Group will be brighter than ever!

Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group – Zhang Wenjuan, Catering Division

I’m Zhang Wenjuan, an employee in the logistics team of the Catering Business Division. Time really flies—before I knew it, nearly six months have passed since I joined the Leshou family. Looking back on my first day on the job, I vividly remember stepping through the group’s main entrance. The company was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, with everyone calmly and efficiently focused on their tasks. Being part of this team filled me with quiet pride, and I reminded myself right then and there that I’d work hard to fulfill my potential and make meaningful contributions to my career. The moment that struck me most was a simple yet profound reminder hanging prominently at the entrance: "Be honest in how you live, and diligent in how you work." This timeless message reflects the company’s core values, which have guided its steady growth and continuous expansion over the years. It serves as a constant reminder—to always stay true to ourselves, approach our responsibilities with integrity, and remain grounded in our efforts, working tirelessly and with unwavering dedication.
When I first joined the Le Shou family, I felt a bit unfamiliar—and even slightly nervous—about my new role. But thanks to the warm support from my leaders and colleagues, who patiently guided me through every step, helping me refine the processes time and again with their thoughtful explanations, I quickly settled into my job. I’m truly fortunate to be part of this wonderful team, where kindness and care truly shine.

Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group – Yang Jixian, Head of the Slaughtering Division

Time flies—before I knew it, I’ve already been part of the Leshou Group for half a year. To some, six months might not seem like much, but to me, it feels like I’ve been a cherished member of the Leshou family for ages. Over these past few months, the care and support from my leaders, along with the thoughtful kindness of my colleagues, have made me truly feel how warm and welcoming this big family is. Spending each day side by side with my coworkers, I’ve not only absorbed a wealth of professional knowledge and clinical skills under the patient guidance of our experienced mentors, but I’ve also learned invaluable life lessons about how to be a good person and approach my work with integrity and dedication.
Last year, during campus recruitment, I signed a graduation employment agreement with the company. However, due to the pandemic, my onboarding was delayed several times. On my first day of work, Chairman Gao, who happens to be my senior alumnus, personally welcomed me—something that truly touched me. Stepping out of campus for the first time, I immediately felt the warmth and sense of belonging from the entire Leshou family.
It is my honor—and even more so, a remarkable opportunity in my life—to join the Leshou family. I am deeply grateful for the role the company has offered me. Yet, I understand clearly that what the company truly values isn’t gratitude, but rather the embodiment of its core principles. Leshou has provided us young college graduates with a unique chance to showcase our talents and unleash our full potential. In return, we must step onto this stage ready to contribute our best, crafting our own stories of success and making meaningful impacts that reflect Leshou’s spirit. After all, a strong start is only half the battle—so how could I possibly hold back as I embrace this incredible opportunity? In today’s fiercely competitive environment, we can’t afford to slow down. I’m confident that I’ll rise to the occasion and live up to the high expectations the group has placed on me. As a new employee, I bring youthful energy and fresh knowledge to the table. Yes, youth may mean a lack of experience—but it also comes with boundless enthusiasm and vitality. I believe that with my skills, determination, and passion, I can overcome any challenge ahead and steadily advance toward realizing both my personal aspirations and Leshou’s shared vision. Together, we’ll grow stronger, helping Leshou shine brighter in the years to come—and I’m eager to play my part in building a legacy of excellence that lasts for generations.

Dear new members of the LeShou family; from now on, you’ll be walking side by side with the entire LeShou community, growing together and working hand in hand. Let’s ignite our passion and harness our wisdom to build a bright future for the company—and shape a promising tomorrow filled with youth and ambition.
