Finally, Group Chairman Gao Xijun delivered a keynote speech. First, he extended warm congratulations to the teams and individuals honored with the Science and Technology Innovation Awards! Regarding the group’s overall science and technology innovation efforts, the Chairman emphasized four key points: 1. While each business division has made significant progress in scientific and technological innovation, there remains a considerable gap compared to industry leaders. Moving forward, divisional general managers must place even greater emphasis on innovation, and all levels of management and technical staff should cultivate a stronger sense of proactive innovation. 2. It is essential to fully recognize the critical role that innovation plays in driving enterprise growth. A company’s innovative capacity directly determines its core competitiveness! At the heart of innovation lies product innovation, so each business division must continuously accelerate product upgrades and replacements.3. In 2021, the group significantly stepped up its support for science and technology innovation, placing particular emphasis on product-focused innovation initiatives. To this end, we’ve set clear innovation and patent targets, refined our reward and penalty mechanisms, and introduced new awards to recognize outstanding innovation teams at the divisional level. Additionally, we’ve maintained and even enhanced incentives for groundbreaking innovation projects. Furthermore, we’ve developed a comprehensive policy for evaluating and appointing technical professionals based on their expertise, ensuring strict alignment between these evaluations and tangible innovation achievements. This initiative aims to motivate technical staff to excel in innovation, ultimately fostering high-impact, cutting-edge results. 4. Finally, we must strengthen organizational leadership to ensure that innovation efforts are effectively implemented. Divisional general managers must elevate their commitment to science and technology innovation by personally planning, deploying, and overseeing these initiatives—driving them forward with unwavering determination and delivering measurable outcomes.

Announcing the 2020 Innovation Recognition Decision
Following this, Zhong Jinghong, President of the Group, read out the "Decision on Commending LeShou Agricultural and Pastoral Group's Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements for 2020." A total of 49 projects were recognized this time, with 7 receiving first prize, 16 awarded second prize, 11 earning third prize, and 15 receiving fourth prize. Among these, 34 projects received third prize or higher.
