Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: All work and materials are included.

2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the construction scope.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Construction requirements and the bill of quantities include everything;

Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). The quoted price includes tax.

Payment Terms: Upon completion of construction and successful company acceptance, 95% of the total payment will be made. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released in full one year later, provided there are no issues with the project.

5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within 30 days from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.

6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
