Quote breakdown: Design drawings and the bill of quantities include everything;
Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is acceptable). The quoted price includes tax.
Payment method: To be determined through mutual negotiation.
5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within 30 days from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.
6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the bid, the winning bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
