Project Name: Manure Treatment Facility for the Third Breeding Duck Plant – Black Membrane Pond
Construction details: It is planned to build an 8,749-cubic-meter black-lined pond in the northeast corner of the Third Duck Breeding Plant.
Location: Northwest of Xiaomeizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County
Section 3:
Project Name: Manure Treatment Facility for the Fifth Breeding Duck Plant – Black Membrane Pond
Construction details: It is planned to build two black-membrane ponds in the southern part of the Fifth Duck Breeding Plant—specifically, one western pond with a capacity of 3,388 cubic meters and one eastern pond holding 5,308 cubic meters.
Location: 1000 meters south of Huozhuang Village, Guozhuang Town, Xian County.
Please refer to the black membrane pond construction drawings and the black membrane pond project list attached. For the project's quotation list, construction drawings, and other documents, please contact the tendering representative to obtain them. Quotes submitted without referencing the company-provided documents will be deemed invalid and disqualified from further consideration.
Bidding Instructions
The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from October 21 to October 23. Please arrange your visit during this period to prepare your bidding documents. Bidding Requirements
1. Contracting Method: All work and materials are included.
2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.
3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.
4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
Quote breakdown: Construction requirements and the bill of quantities include everything;
Quotation method: The bidder shall provide a quotation according to the tender requirements for this project and issue a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes.
Payment Terms: Upon completion of construction and successful company acceptance, 95% of the total payment will be made. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released in full one year after the project is confirmed to be free of issues.
5. Construction Schedule Requirement: All work must be completed by November 15, starting from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.
6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the contract, the bidding company must sign the contracting agreement (or protocol).

The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
