2. This tender is for the construction of a new duck shed at Huozhuang by Leshou Duck Farming, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Design Requirements

Section 1:

Construction scope: Office buildings, a 300-cubic-meter water storage tank, material storage facilities, a generator room, an electrical distribution room, 17 small sedimentation tanks, 2 large sedimentation tanks, prefabricated toilets, generators, transformers, one retractable gate, 12 hot-air furnaces, precast cement panel fencing, brick-built perimeter walls (with decorative design), two main gates, disinfection pools, disinfection equipment (installed in 2 locations), isolation color-steel walls, concrete roads (150 mm thick), concrete roads (100 mm thick), external power and surveillance systems, as well as other supporting infrastructure including external utility networks for electricity and plumbing.

Bidding Instructions

1. Contracting Method:

The bidder shall prepare and submit the lump-sum bid quotation list for labor and materials as required by the project owner.

2. Quality Standards

All comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance standards, meeting quality requirements of "qualified" or higher.

3. Scope of the Tender

Including the design plans and bid quotations for all items covered under the first construction phase.

4. The company will hold a centralized on-site review from September 9 to September 14. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you wish to participate, please deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 6:00 PM on September 14. Bidding Requirements

1. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Company-prepared list quotation

Payment Terms: 50% of the contract amount is payable upon signing the contract as a prepayment. Once the project is completed and approved by the company, the remaining 65% of the contract amount will be paid. The final 5% of the contract sum will serve as a warranty deposit, to be fully settled one year after the company’s acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.

2. Project Timeline Requirement: One month.

3. Award Method: Awarded based on the lowest responsive bid after evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder shall sign the contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group on September 9, 2023. All bidding units are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by September 14, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site opening and evaluation of bids at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1.
