1. This tender is a supplier access bid, conducted in accordance with the "Supplier Management System." Suppliers who successfully pass the bidding process will be added to Party A's approved supplier list. The specific procurement items, models, quantities, prices, and quality standards will be determined by individual purchase orders.

2. Scope of the Tender:

The annual procurement volume for inner packaging bags is approximately 20 million units. The exact quantity will depend on individual orders.

Bidding Requirements and Instructions

4.1 Preparation of Bidding Documents

Bidding applicants should carefully read all contents of the tender documents, submit a complete bid package, and ensure its authenticity. Any non-genuine bid documents will be deemed invalid.

4.2 Tender Document Format

Bidding applicants must submit their bid documents using the format provided in the tender documents.

4.3 Composition of the Bid Documents

The bid document should include the following sections; for detailed content and formatting guidelines, please refer to the Bid Document Template: 1. Letter of Bid 2. Authorization Letter from the Legal Representative 3. Quotation, Payment Terms, and Credit Period Agreement 4. Quality Assurance Measures, including a commitment to strictly adhere to the company’s acceptance standards for supply, as well as a clear return policy for non-conforming products 5. Bidders’ Qualification Documents (with official company seal), along with a Company Profile and Key Achievements 6. Inspection Certificate of Conformity

4.4 The bid documents should be bound in A4 format.

4.5 Number of Copies and Signing of Bidding Documents

The bid documents should be submitted in duplicate, with one original and one copy. In case of any discrepancies between the original and the copy, the original shall prevail.

Products supplied by bidding companies must meet the company’s technical requirements and acceptance standards; otherwise, they will be returned according to company regulations.
