1. Project Name: Leshou Duck Farming Cooperative Shed Renovation Project.

2. This tender is for the renovation and construction of sheds for the company's livestock farmers, conducted in accordance with the company's bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

Construction details: Pig farmers will renovate their existing pig sheds into duck farms. The project aims to involve at least 50 farming households and include no fewer than 100 renovated sheds, subject to final contract agreements.

Renovation project:

Network frame renovation: Includes white mesh surface, water line (air release valve, pressure-reducing valve), material line, and material hopper.

Fans: Calculated based on the shed area and stocking density (one fan accommodates 2,000 ducks); add more fans if needed.

Water curtains: Pig house water curtains are generally small in area, with one fan paired with a 7-square-meter curtain.

Ventilation ducts or small windows, 1.5–2 meters each.

The renovation work following the successful bid will be carried out based on the structure and area of each individual shed.

4. Payment of the quality guarantee deposit (bank payment receipt);

Bidders are required to submit a bid security deposit of 5,000 yuan in advance. Companies that do not win the bid will have their deposits returned to the original payment account within 7 working days after the announcement of the winning results. For companies that successfully secure the contract, the bid security will automatically be converted into a performance bond. Once construction is completed and the project passes inspection, the performance bond will be refunded to the original payment account within 7 working days.
