1. Project Name: Bidding Project for the 80-Ton Weighbridge Renovation at Leshou Duck Farm, Guozhuang Branch.
2. This tender is for the renovation of an 80-ton weighbridge at the Guozhuang Branch of Leshou Duck Industry, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
1. The installation method for the 80-ton weighbridge has been changed to an above-ground setup (see drawings).
2. The location has been changed to the west end of Layu Road, north of the transformer room.
3. Backfill the pit at the weighbridge location and restore the road surface.
4. The existing pavements on both the north and south sides of the new weighbridge have been removed and will be restored.
5. Extend the new weighbridge westward to the existing, undemolished wall, and pour a concrete pavement.
6. Extend 30 meters eastward from the new weighbridge station, remove the existing damaged concrete pavement, and pour a new concrete surface.
7. Restoration of the original weighbridge pavement and surrounding road surface, as well as restoration of the new weighbridge area.
According to the company's listed quotation, bids that do not follow the listed pricing will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from August 22 to August 28 at the company headquarters (Guozhuang Factory Area). During this period, please gather to review the site and prepare your bidding documents. If you plan to participate, kindly submit your bid documents—sealed in triplicate (one original and two copies)—to or by mail at the following address before 6:00 PM on August 28: **Le Shou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Bidding & Procurement Office**, 3rd Floor, Administrative Department, Qili Zhong Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Please ensure your bid materials are complete and properly sealed before the deadline.
Bidding Requirements and Instructions
1. Contracting Method: All work, including materials, will be provided under a turnkey arrangement.
2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.
3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.
4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
Quote breakdown: Construction requirements and the bill of quantities include everything;
Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). The quoted price includes tax.
Payment Terms: The quoted price includes taxes. Payment will be made as follows: 95% upon completion of the project and acceptance by the company after contract signing, with the remaining 5% paid after the one-year warranty period ends.
5. Construction Deadline: Completion within one month from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.
6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
