1. Project Name: Le Shou Duck Farm – Guozhuang Facility Employee Dormitories, Duck Intestine Dormitory, and Shower Room Container Roofing Project with Added Color Steel Roofs.
2. This tender is for the construction project of adding color-steel roofing to the employee dormitories, duck intestine dormitories, and shower room container structures at the Guozhuang facility of Leshou Duck Industry. The bidding process will follow the company’s tendering regulations, and the winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
This project is divided into three parts, each involving the installation of color-steel roofs on the containers.
The first section consists of six dormitory buildings—numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6—each made up of 14 prefabricated 3x6-meter steel structures.
The second section consists of four dormitory buildings for duck intestine factory workers, with each building comprising seven 3x6-meter color-steel structures.
The third section consists of one bath and shower steel-structure building, comprising six 3x6-meter steel-structure rooms.
The three sections total 2,293.76 square meters.
Part 1: Single building area is 271.36, with a total of 6 buildings amounting to 1,628.16 square meters.
Part 2: Single building area is 136.96, with a total of 4 buildings amounting to 547.84 square meters.
Part 3: Single unit area is 117.76, with a total of 117.76 square meters for Building 1.
The above three sections require the color steel roof to be fully sealed around the edges, ensuring wind resistance and structural safety.

Bidding Instructions
The company will hold a centralized site visit from July 8 to July 11 at the company headquarters (Guozhuang Factory Area). During this period, please gather to review the site and prepare your bidding documents. If you’re interested in participating, kindly deliver or mail your bid documents—sealed and properly preserved—in triplicate (one original and two copies)—to the company by 6:00 PM on July 11. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administrative Department, Qilizhong Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Please contact Manager Tang at 18632798771 as the recipient. Participation in the bid opening will be contingent upon receipt of your submitted documents.

Qualifications and Bidding Requirements
1. Contracting Method: All work and materials are included.
2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.
3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.
4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
Quote breakdown: Construction requirements and the bill of quantities include everything;
Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). The quoted price includes tax.
Payment Terms: Upon completion of construction and successful company acceptance, 95% of the total payment will be made. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released one year later, provided there are no issues with the project.
5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within 20 days from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.
6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location
Our company will publish the tender documents on July 8, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by July 11, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
