2. This tender is for the temperature-controlled, dehumidification, and environmental control solution for Workshop 1 at the Nanhetou Plant of Leshou Duck Industry. The bidding process will follow the company’s procurement regulations, and the winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

1. Space Dimensions: Arrange the environmental control equipment within a space measuring 36 meters in length, 13 meters in width, and 5 meters in height. On-site assessment took into account the existing conditions of the original drying area on the north side, ensuring that the overall layout met the requirements of the environmental control design plan.

2. Dehumidification System Requirements: Humidity requirement is 35%; total dehumidification capacity of 500–600 kilograms per hour (500 kg in winter, 600 kg in summer).

3. Temperature control system requirements: Maintain a temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius year-round.

4. Wind speed requirements: Airflow in the space (wind speed) should be 5–10 meters per second (10 m/s within 30 cm below the top fan, and 5 m/s at 50 cm above the floor).

5. Fresh Air Ventilation System: During the spring and autumn seasons, when the air is dry and temperatures range between 18°C and 25°C, natural fresh-air circulation can be used to dehumidify, helping to reduce energy consumption.

6. The design team needs to conduct an on-site inspection and, based on the sealing conditions of the workshop, comprehensively evaluate specific solutions for controlling humidity and temperature within the workshop.

Based on the site inspection, the bidding company will submit a design proposal, along with a equipment list and pricing for the equipment listed.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Construction requirements and the bill of quantities include everything;

Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). The quoted price includes tax.

Payment method: To be determined through mutual negotiation.

5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within one month from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.

Our company will publish the tender documents on the Leshou Group official WeChat account on August 21, 2023. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by August 28, 2023. The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
