Recently, Gao Yingjie, Vice Chairman of the Group Supervisory Board and an honored model employee of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, along with Cheng Bingjin, Deputy General Manager of Technology in the Feed Division, embarked on a relaxing five-day domestic luxury tour, accompanied by their families—and surrounded by heartfelt well wishes from company leaders and colleagues.
Gao Yingjie: Female, currently 50 years old, joined Leshou in 1998 and has become a veteran employee with 25 years of service. Over the years, she has remained steadfastly committed to Leshou’s growth, demonstrating unwavering dedication, professionalism, and selfless devotion. Working tirelessly in the finance department of the Feed Business Division, she embodies the "old yellow ox" spirit and a relentless entrepreneurial passion, pouring her youth, wisdom, and hard work wholeheartedly into Leshou’s ongoing success.

Cheng Bingjin, male, is 51 years old and joined Leshou in 2018, where he has been working on feed research and development. Since joining the company, he has led the technical team to diligently explore advanced feed formulation techniques, continuously improving and enhancing the quality of livestock and poultry feed. Under his guidance, team members have actively pursued innovative research projects, collaborating closely with colleagues from the Engineering Technology Center to conduct various experimental studies on meat duck feed. His outstanding contributions have significantly supported the group’s advancements in feed technology and fostered coordinated development across the entire feed industry chain.

As of the end of March 2023, both colleagues had surpassed 1,500 honor points on the company’s recognition leaderboard, triggering the eligibility criteria for the "5-Day Domestic Tour" reward. Consequently, the company arranged a domestic leisure trip for these two dedicated and accomplished employees—along with their families—as part of this special incentive. Notably, they became the first group of employees within the organization to meet the requirements for the "Free 5-Day Luxury Domestic Trip" reward. There is every reason to believe that in the future, more hardworking and committed employees at LeShou will gradually benefit from the company’s diverse and tiered honor-based incentives.
In 2021, the Group officially launched the "Leshou Honor Incentive Management Measures," which meticulously records the work achievements and contributions of all Leshou employees—no matter how small—and credits them as honor points in a dedicated "Honor Ledger." Employees who accumulate a certain number of points are rewarded with various incentives tailored to their performance. This initiative aims to promote Leshou's corporate culture, inspire employees' entrepreneurial spirit, and establish a long-term employee incentive mechanism. Ultimately, it encourages every Leshou employee to embrace the role of a "striver," actively pursuing excellence, taking initiative in their roles, and contributing meaningfully to the company’s sustainable, healthy, and thriving growth.
Since the implementation of this honor and incentive management system, 84 LeShou contributors who met the criteria for awards at various levels have already received their due recognition, earning widespread approval and positive feedback from LeShou employees. This initiative has effectively inspired staff to embrace the spirit of "striving to be LeShou's top performers and working passionately to achieve outstanding accomplishments," thereby fostering a strong sense of motivation and ambition across the organization.
The company upholds the corporate culture values of "being honest and upright in character, and working diligently and steadily," while actively promoting the "LeShou Striver" culture—empowering those who strive with recognition, dignity, and tangible benefits. In turn, these LeShou Strivers and cultural role models inspire and guide our employees to enthusiastically embrace LeShou’s ambitious mission.
Though I’ve trekked through countless green hills, my spirit remains young—honoring the role model with carefree ease.
Wishing these two dedicated individuals to once again embark on a new journey of relentless effort, guided by the Group’s three-year strategic goals, as they courageously climb higher toward LeShou’s prestigious hall of honor and achieve remarkable success! We also encourage all LeShou employees to take Gaoyingjie and Cheng Bingjin as role models—standing firmly with the company, sharing its joys and challenges, persevering through tough times, and moving forward with unwavering determination.
