Hello everyone, I’m Zhao Tiantian from the Feed Business Division of Leshou Group. It’s my pleasure to share with you my thoughts on joining the company. I officially became part of the Leshou family in September 2021, and I feel truly honored and fortunate to be here. Although I haven’t been with the team for very long yet, I’ve already felt the care and warmth that make this place feel like home.

Here are the leaders who have witnessed my growth—they’re meticulous, dedicated, and deeply committed, generously sharing their wealth of work experience with me. Their wise and heartfelt guidance has been incredibly valuable, helping me quickly find my footing and clearly define my goals. This invaluable wisdom is a timeless spiritual treasure that will serve us well throughout our lives.

Here are enthusiastic and friendly colleagues who have become my wonderful mentors—both at work and in life. They’ve not only helped me quickly get up to speed, steering me away from unnecessary detours, but also saved me from many avoidable mistakes and complications. Beyond the workplace, they’ve also become cherished friends, making our after-work moments light-hearted and enjoyable. Despite our diverse professional backgrounds and roles, being part of Tongda Feed has given us a shared identity and a common purpose. Moving forward, let’s continue nurturing this special bond, working together wholeheartedly, doing our best, and contributing our unique strengths to pave the way for the company’s thriving future.

After stepping into a new role, we must begin adapting to the shift in our identity. It’s crucial to understand what you’re suited for, where your strengths lie, and where your areas for improvement may be. At the same time, you also need to gain a deeper understanding of your profession, clearly defining your job responsibilities and recognizing your place within the company—and how you contribute to specific aspects of its operations. After all, everyone’s career journey is finite, which is why it’s essential to establish a clear self-positioning. Only by thoroughly grasping both your career path and your own capabilities can you truly define where you belong.

Everyone at work should have a goal—whether big or small. It could be as straightforward as tackling a specific task or as ambitious as pursuing a lifelong career aspiration. Setting goals requires clarity and precision; they shouldn’t be vague or overly broad, or else they might sound inspiring in theory but leave you feeling lost when it comes to actually getting started. Without clear direction, you’d struggle to know where to focus, what steps to take, or even how to measure your progress—or, worse, what you’ve truly learned along the way. While fulfilling your job responsibilities is essential, it’s equally important to recognize that if you currently lack the necessary knowledge or skills, this gap represents an opportunity for growth. By defining a clear path forward, managing your time effectively, and regularly assessing your progress, you can stay on track. And don’t forget to reflect constructively on any missteps—after all, every mistake is a chance to learn and improve. Only then can you steadily achieve those smaller milestones, building momentum, confidence, enthusiasm, and the unwavering drive to keep moving forward.

With the thoughtful care and guidance from our leaders, as well as the warm support and assistance from my colleagues around me, I’ve made significant progress and reaped tremendous rewards—both personally and professionally—in terms of my mindset, learning, and job performance—all through my own continuous efforts. Over this period, I’ve steadily grown, rapidly enhancing my work capabilities along the way. Moving forward, I’m committed to keeping up my studies, eagerly absorbing new knowledge, and deeply mastering innovative business skills, so that I can shine even brighter and contribute more passionately to the cause of Leshou in my role. These are just some of my reflections since joining the team—insights I hope will prove helpful to everyone. And I sincerely invite like-minded friends to join us on this exciting journey!
