To better strengthen the company’s corporate culture and enhance employees’ ideological and moral standards, professional skills, and dedication, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group has designated July as “Corporate Culture Promotion Month,” during which it will focus on building a unified enterprise value system that reinforces employees’ sense of unity and cohesion.

On the afternoon of July 8, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group held a briefing session covering topics such as corporate culture, management systems, employee codes of conduct, and the "Ten Principles of the Power Grid." Group Chairman Gao Xijun delivered an in-depth lecture on the company's core values to all mid-to-senior-level managers.
This event was presented by Group Chairman Gao Xijun, who passionately delivered a detailed presentation on the company’s core values to a packed audience. During the two-and-a-half-hour session, Chairman Gao emphasized the inspiring spirit of Hongqilin, the joyful and dedicated ethos of Leshou, and the enduring legacy of Laotongda. The enthusiastic atmosphere was marked by continuous applause, leaving the employees deeply inspired and enriched by his insights.
The Chairman stated that corporate culture, as the soul of a company’s development, is the cornerstone for building a century-old enterprise, ensuring its enduring success, and enabling sustainable, healthy growth. LeShou Agricultural & Pastoral Group has grown from a small team of just over ten people at its inception into a thriving organization of more than 2,000 employees—thanks in no small part to the guiding power of its corporate culture. Moreover, the inheritance, promotion, and practical implementation of LeShou Group’s corporate culture require the management team to lead by example, as well as the unwavering commitment and diligent efforts of every member of the LeShou family, who are dedicated to deep learning, steadfast application, and hands-on execution.

Since its establishment in 1998, Leshou Group has consistently upheld "being honest and upright in character, and diligent and practical in everything we do" as the company’s core values. Once again, the Chairman emphasized to all Leshou employees the importance of these "two approaches," urging everyone to put them into action. He also expressed his hope that every Leshou team member will continue to embrace and embody the Lao Tongda Spirit, the Leshou Spirit, and the Hongqiqu Spirit in their daily work.
Living out our corporate culture starts with every single task we undertake daily—this also means that each of us at Leshou must actively contribute to building and strengthening our company’s culture in both our work and management practices. We must continuously refine our operational management, fostering a culture of precision and excellence that drives the company’s sustainable, science-based growth. After the corporate culture training concluded, attendees enthusiastically shared their thoughts and insights. They expressed that this training reinforced their commitment to upholding the core value of "being honest and sincere in character, and diligent and steady in work." At the same time, they emphasized the importance of deeply understanding the "12 Guiding Principles" and the "15 Employee Guidelines." Together, they pledged to contribute actively to the growth and success of Leshou Group, working tirelessly toward building a company with a century-long legacy.
