To enhance the overall competence of company employees, enrich their leisure activities, and strengthen team cohesion, Leshou Duck Industry’s Nanhetou Branch and Leshou Food organized a team-building excursion to Manshan Huaxi Valley on May 15.
Everyone was filled with laughter and cheerful chatter, brimming with enthusiasm. The activity revolved mainly around a scenic hike up the mountain—starting from the base and ascending all the way to the summit. Along the way, participants explored hidden canyons, trekked across precarious suspended staircases, and marveled at breathtaking waterfalls. The journey also took them past serene, crystal-clear lakes, deep, tranquil pools, and cascading falls. Throughout the climb, the atmosphere remained warm and joyful, as colleagues supported and encouraged one another, truly embodying the spirit of unity, resilience, and teamwork—embracing every challenge with determination and camaraderie.
This team-building activity allowed colleagues to connect with nature, unwind, and refresh their spirits. While helping to ease work-related stress, it also highlighted that our entire team embodies the qualities of dedication, resilience, unity, camaraderie, and positivity—truly a vibrant and motivated "Le Shou Iron Army." Moreover, it reinforced our commitment as Le Shou employees to remain honest in character and diligent in our daily tasks.
