Le Shou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd. was founded in In 1998, the company had one branch office and seven wholly-owned subsidiaries. Its core businesses include corn cultivation, breeding of ducklings, feed processing, meat duck farming, slaughterhouse operations with carcass preparation, meat duck segmentation, cooked food processing, as well as a nationwide chain of cooked-food stores and Peking duck restaurants. Together, these activities have created a relatively complete, integrated "first-, second-, and third-industry" development model for the entire Peking duck value chain, successfully fostering deep convergence and synergy across all three sectors.

Job Openings

1. Pre-mix Feed Sales Manager – 1 position (¥10K–¥20K)

Requirements: Associate degree or above, male. Under 35 years old, with at least 3 years of experience in the feed sales industry; candidates with experience managing a feed sales team will be prioritized.

2. Safety Manager     4 positions (salary negotiable)

Requirements: Associate degree or higher, with at least More than 3 years of experience in safety management.

3. Free-range Technician – 1 Position ( 7k–10k)

Requirements: College degree or above, Veterinary medicine, Veterinary and animal science majors can accept outstanding recent graduates. 。

4. Duck Breeding Technician – 1 Position ( 6k–10k) On-site required

Requirements: College degree or above, Veterinary medicine, Veterinary and animal science majors can accept outstanding recent graduates. 。

5. Feed Sales: 10 positions (¥5K–¥10K)

Requirements: High school education or above, male. Preference will be given to candidates under 40 with experience in feed sales.

6. Equipment Manager – 1 position (salary negotiable)

Requirements: Age Under 35 years old, male gender, with at least an associate degree or higher. There is Production Line Equipment Management Experience Priority will be given to candidates proficient in at least two of the following: boiler operation, electrical maintenance, refrigeration, and wastewater treatment.

7. Safety Officers: 2 positions (salary negotiable)

Requirements: Age Under 35 years old, male gender, with at least an associate degree or higher. Fire safety training, safety education sessions, and emergency preparedness plans can be organized separately. ; Responsible for reporting company safety and environmental issues to departmental offices, as well as handling other temporary tasks assigned by leadership, with more than 1 year of relevant work experience.

8. Purchasing Manager – 1 position (salary negotiable)

Requirements: Age Under 35 years old, male gender, with at least an associate degree or higher. Supplier development and maintenance, participation in product price comparisons and bidding processes, handling daily procurement tasks, and maintaining the procurement system. More than 2 years of relevant work experience.

9. New Media Manager – 1 position (4K–6K)

Requirements: Associate degree or higher; gender unrestricted; age not specified. Under 35 years old, with experience in video production, online operations, graphic design, and managing TikTok/Kuaishou stores.

10. Store Associate – 1 position (negotiable salary)

Requirements: No educational requirements—women only. Ages 25–35, proficient in using office software.

11. Boiler Operator – 1 position (4K–5K)

Requirement: Must have a boiler operator certificate. 2+ years of work experience, and under 50 years of age.

12. One Stir-Fry Chef (5,000 + commission)

Requirements: hardworking, physically fit, and within a specific age range Under 50 years old.

13. Pastry Chef – 1 position (¥4,500/month)

Requirements: Good health, gender neutral. Under 45 years old.

14. Livestock Farmer 2 positions (to be discussed)

Requirements: Good health, gender neutral. Under 55 years old, room and board provided; must be willing to work on-site.

15. Several production-line workers (4K–8K)

( 1) Slaughtering and carcass preparation workshop at the Nanhetou facility (sections including small-scale workers, carcass packaging staff, evisceration workers, wax removal staff, etc.);

( 2) Slaughtering and Cutting Workshop, Guozhuang Facility (involving multiple workstations including loading workers, forklift operators, unloading/reloading staff, transport workers, duck-hanging personnel, re-inspection staff, wax-pool handlers, evisceration teams, gutting specialists, trimming experts, packaging staff, as well as those responsible for removing duck gizzards, cutting duck legs, and slicing duck wings).

Requirements: Ages 18–50, in good health; open to both men and women; no educational requirements (we are hiring disabled employees who are capable of working).
