Project Name and Tender Description

1. Project Name: Construction Project for New Duck Sheds at Leshou Duck Farm’s Qiantun Meat Duck Raising Complex.

2. This tender is for the construction of a new duck house at the Qian Tun meat duck farming complex belonging to Leshou Duck Farming, and will be conducted according to the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Design Requirements

A new standard duck house has been built.

Duck house design requirements:

① The duck house measures 105.840 meters in length and 13.990 meters in width.

② Above the duck house's ±0 level, the walls are 2.4 meters high, and the roof reaches 5 meters in height.

③ Steel structural columns made of hot-dip galvanized oval tubes measuring 30mm x 75mm x 2.0mm thick, spaced one meter apart. Column foundations: Drill φ25cm x 50cm deep holes, then pour C25 commercial concrete (with the manure channel sidewall wrapping around and pressing against the columns).

④ 11 longitudinal connecting rods, secured with a 25 mm x 2.0 mm thick round tube pressure-top connector

⑤ Double-support columns made of 60 mm diameter round tubes, 2.0 mm thick, spaced at 4-meter intervals—1 column per section. The foundation for the support columns involves drilling φ25 cm-diameter holes to a depth of 50 cm, followed by pouring C25 commercial concrete (with the manure channel side wall wrapping around and pressing against the columns).

⑥ Roof covering: Starting from the bottom, the layers are as follows—first, a 300 g/m² white felt; second, an 8-mil greenhouse film; third, 15 kg/m² of rock wool; fourth, a 10-mil PO film; and fifth, a 500 g/m² wool felt.

⑦ Secure each meter with a dedicated rope anchor.

Bidding Instructions

1. Contracting Method:

The bidder shall prepare and submit the lump-sum bid quotation list for labor and materials as required by the project owner.

2. Quality Standards

All comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance standards, meeting or exceeding quality requirements.

3. Scope of the Tender

Including the design plans and bid quotations for all items covered under the first construction phase.

4. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from May 16 to May 23. Please arrange your site visits during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, please deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 6:00 PM on May 23. Bidding Requirements

1. Breakdown of the quotation, pricing method, and payment terms

Company-prepared list quotation

Payment Terms: 30% of the contract amount is payable upon signing the contract as a prepayment. Once the project is completed and approved by the company, the remaining 65% of the contract value will be paid. The final 5% of the contract amount will serve as a warranty deposit, to be fully settled one year after the company’s acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.

3. Evaluation Criteria:

a. The materials, specifications, and models used in the plan are clearly defined, with a rational structure that ensures safety and practicality.

b. The construction plan is well-organized, with quality and progress under control, and safety measures fully in place.

C. The bid price is reasonable and offers excellent value for money.

D. Repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly and effectively.

4. Award Method: Awarded based on the lowest responsive bid after evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the contract, the bidding company must sign the contracting agreement (or protocol).

Our company will publish the tender documents on May 15, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by May 23, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site bid opening and evaluation meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1.
