1. Project Name: Construction of New Equipment for Bulk Finished Feed Storage Silos at Letong Feeds

2. This tender is for the procurement of equipment to build a new bulk finished-feed warehouse at our company, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

Please refer to the attached design drawings and the production line equipment list. Please contact the tendering representative to obtain the construction drawings, bidding instructions, and quotation list for the above projects. Quotes submitted without referencing the company’s official list will be treated as invalid bids.

The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from May 12 to May 15 at the company headquarters (Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town). During this period, please gather at the site to prepare your bidding documents. If you’re interested in participating, kindly deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 6:00 PM on May 15. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administration Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Please contact Manager Tang at 186-3279-8771 as proof of receipt of your bid will serve as your eligibility to participate in the bid opening.

Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting method: All equipment and engineering work are provided on a turnkey basis, including labor, materials, transportation, and installation.

2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, pricing method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Design drawings and the bill of quantities include everything;

Quotation method: The bidder shall provide a quotation according to the tender requirements for this project and issue a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes.

Payment Terms: 20% of the total payment will be made upon contract signing; 40% upon equipment arrival at the factory and commencement of operations; 35% after the equipment is fully operational and running smoothly without issues; and the remaining 5% will be paid as a warranty deposit, to be settled one year later if the equipment remains problem-free.

5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within two months from the date of contract signing after the bidding process is finalized.

6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on May 12, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by May 15, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The comprehensive bid opening and evaluation process will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1 of our company.
