1. Project Name: Leshou Duck Farm Guozhuang Branch – Expansion of Refrigeration and Power Supply Capacity Project, including the installation of a 2500 kVA transformer at the Guozhuang Branch.
2. This tender is for the construction project of a 2500 kVA transformer to upgrade refrigeration and power supply capacity at the Guozhuang Branch of Leshou Duck Industry Company, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
Construction scope: Install a 2500 kVA transformer with copper windings to increase cooling and power capacity (including high-voltage metering cabinet, low-voltage incoming feeder cabinet, low-voltage compensation cabinet, bus tie cabinet, and related procedures). The new capacity expansion project must be connected to the existing low-voltage outgoing feeder cabinet, while making efficient use of the available remaining space. A detailed design plan and construction process will be developed accordingly.
Construction requirements:
Based on the company's current situation, increase the capacity by installing a 2500 kVA transformer (with all-copper windings) and connect it to the company’s existing low-voltage outgoing switchgear. Additionally, a bus tie cabinet must be added to ensure that, in the event of a failure in the new transformer, the existing transformer can still provide power, or if the original power supply system fails, the new transformer can take over seamlessly. The entire construction process requires well-designed drawings and a detailed implementation plan, while strictly adhering to relevant national power supply regulations and safety standards.
Civil engineering projects are designed according to construction party's drawings, and the contracting party carries out the actual construction. During the civil work process, the contractor responsible for capacity expansion must periodically visit the site to monitor the construction progress and ensure there are no errors.
All procedures related to the project's capacity expansion will be handled entirely by the construction contractor, ensuring normal power supply is restored.
The bidder will prepare a construction plan based on the drawings and construction requirements provided by the project owner. The transformer supplier is responsible for handling the grid connection and power acceptance procedures, ensuring all necessary formalities are completed before the transformer can be put into normal operation. Additionally, the bidder will compile a lump-sum bid quotation list covering both labor and materials for this scope of work.
All comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance standards, meeting or exceeding quality requirements.

4. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from April 26 to May 5 at the company headquarters. 1. Quotation Structure and Payment Terms
The quotation includes tax. Payment terms are as follows: 30% of the project amount will be paid after construction begins on-site. Once construction is completed and passes inspection, and after the client has used the project for one month without any quality issues, the final settlement will be calculated based on actual costs. An invoice covering the full settlement amount will then be issued, and 65% of the settled amount will be paid. The remaining 5% will be paid in full after the one-year warranty period ends.
2. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within one month from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.
a. The materials, specifications, and models used in the plan are clearly defined, with a structure that is both reasonable, safe, and practical.
b. The construction plan is well-organized, with quality and progress under control, and safety measures fully in place.
C. The bid price is reasonable and offers excellent value for money.
D. Maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and effectively.
4. Award Method: The winning bid will be the one with the most favorable proposal after evaluation.

All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or via mail—to our office by May 5, 2023, as specified in the tender documents.
