1. Project Name: Roof Waterproofing Construction Project for the Incubation Workshop at Leshou Duck Breeding Parent Stock Branch.
2. This tender is for the construction of a waterproofing system on the roof of the incubation workshop at the company’s Leshou Duck Breeding Branch. The bidding process will follow the company’s established procurement procedures, and the winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
3.1 The total construction volume is 4,334 square meters, with payment settled based on the actual construction area.
1. Remove and dispose of all the original first-layer waterproofing on the roof.
2. Surface Preparation: The original second-layer waterproofing on the roof will be retained. For any damaged areas or corners, apply an additional layer by repairing and adhering 3mm-thick SBS waterproof membrane. Meanwhile, the roof of the south distribution room will be leveled using cement mortar to create a proper slope.
3. Replace all existing rainwater inlets with cast-iron (national standard) models, and clean the surrounding areas before applying an additional layer to ensure watertightness and prevent leaks.
4. Apply one coat of cold-applied primer, then fully lay 4mm-thick Type I SBS waterproof membrane. Ensure the membrane extends at least 500mm above the parapet wall for proper flashing, and secure it with galvanized steel strips, sealing all nail holes with waterproof sealant. Additionally, extend and fold the membrane outward at the eaves area.
5. The construction quality comes with a warranty period of more than 5 years.

4. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from April 22 to April 28. Please arrange your site visit during this period to prepare your bidding documents. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by April 28, 2023, as specified in the tender documents.
