1. Project Name: Transformer and External Power Grid Construction Project for the Qiantun Meat Duck Farming Complex at Leshou Duck Farming.
2. This tender is for the construction project of transformers and external power grid equipment at the Qian Tun meat duck farming complex under Leshou Duck Industry. The bidding process will follow the company’s established procurement guidelines, and the winning bidder will subsequently sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements
Pricing includes: one box-type transformer (400 kVA), high-voltage cables, distribution cabinets, utility poles, and all design-related drawings.
Part Two: External Power Engineering
Pricing details include:
1. The electrical distribution system from the box-type transformer to the low-voltage distribution panel (AAZ), as well as from the generator to the low-voltage distribution panel (AAZ);
2. The main distribution panel (AAZ);
3. The distribution system extending from the main distribution panel (AAZ) to the sub-distribution panels (AA1, AA2, AA3, AA4, the residential area AL, and the water reservoir pump);
4. The sub-distribution panels (AA1, AA2, AA3, AA4);
5. The distribution system running from the sub-distribution panels (AA1, AA2, AA3, AA4) to the individual duck shed distribution boxes;
6. Cable installation for the residential area distribution panel (AL) leading to the sedimentation tank at the gate disinfection pool;
7. Cable installation for the water pump at the sedimentation tank in the western duck shed distribution box (AP02);
8. Cable installation connecting the western duck shed distribution box (AP02) to the solar greenhouse power system;
9. Cable installation linking the western duck shed distribution box (AP02) to the pumps in the north-south black membrane ponds, sedimentation tanks, and the disinfection pools along the manure disposal route.

Please contact the tendering representative to obtain the construction drawings, bidding instructions, and quotation list for the above-mentioned projects. Quotes submitted without referring to the company’s official list will be treated as invalid bids.
The bidder will prepare a construction plan based on the drawings and construction requirements provided by the project owner. The transformer supplier is responsible for handling the grid connection and power acceptance procedures, ensuring all necessary formalities are completed before the transformer can be put into normal operation. Finally, the bidder will submit a lump-sum bid quotation list covering both labor and materials for this scope of work.
All comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance standards, meeting or exceeding quality requirements.
Including the design plans, construction plans, and tender quotations for all elements covered under the first construction item.
4. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from April 22 to April 28. During this period, please review the site thoroughly and prepare your bidding documents. 1. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
Company-prepared list quotation
Payment Terms: 30% of the contract amount is payable upon signing the contract as a prepayment. Once the project is completed and approved by the company, the remaining 65% of the contract amount will be paid. The final 5% of the contract sum will serve as a warranty deposit, to be fully settled one year after the company’s acceptance, provided there are no quality issues during that period.
2. Project Timeline Requirements: The transformer installation must be completed within one month after the construction contract is signed following the completion of bidding. Additionally, the external grid electrical work, coordinated with the overall construction schedule, should be finished within two months.
a. The materials, specifications, and models used in the plan are clearly defined, with a structure that is both reasonable, safe, and practical.
b. The construction plan is well-organized, with quality and progress under control, and safety measures fully in place.
C. The bid price is reasonable and offers excellent value for money.
D. Maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and effectively.
4. Award Method: Awarded based on the lowest responsive bid after evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

Our company will publish the tender documents on April 22, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by April 28, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1.
